120TPH Asphalt Plant in Malaysia Won Client's Praise

Pollution Control
Malaysia is a clean and beautiful country and the government attaches great importance on pollution control. Therefore, in response to clients requirement, we installed two-stage dust filtration system: cyclone dust filter and bag house filter (the left picture below). In addition, a humidity mixer was equipped at the bottom of filler silo so as to control flying dust incurred by filler reclaiming. Dust emission of this plant is quite low and nearly has no impact on environment.

Design and Structure for Users in Tropical Region 
From making order to having the plant under commercial running, it only took 68 days. It was really amazing. Client was quite satisfied with our manufacture capacity, service and efficiency. The plant continuous products asphalt mixtures and makes profit.

Extra Equipment Upon Client's Requirements
Bitumen tanks with agitators and additive dosing device are installed, thus the plant is able to produce polymer modified asphalt and emulsified asphalt pavement. In addition, upon clients requests, we also supplied and installed a truck scale for client.

Trial Run and Asphalt Sample
The trial running of the plant finished successfully. Quality of asphalt mixture produced by the plant was quite good; asphalt performance also met the client’s requirements and local standards.

Current Condition
Now, the LB1500 asphalt plant is under smooth business operation.
